Create a survey

  1. Log in at app.surveystance.com.
  2. In the left sidebar under Survey Kiosk, open Survey Management and click Survey.
  3. Click Add new survey, enter a Survey name and click Submit.

Add questions

  1. In the survey list, click Add Questions next to your survey (or go to Survey Management > Questions, select the survey and click Create Question).
  2. Enter the question and choose the question type, such as emoji, stars, thumbs up/down, numeric scale, NPS, multiple choice or free-form text.
  3. Save the question. Repeat for each question and set the order you want them to appear.

Tip: On the Questions page, click Review Questions for AI feedback on the clarity and tone of your questions.
