Problem: SurveyStance App is Not Performing as Expected or Unresponsive

Solution: Force Quit App & Relaunch

If the SurveyStance App is not performing as expected, it’s recommended to force quit app and relaunch.

Be sure to first exit Guided Access Mode.

STEP 1. Press Home Button twice

STEP 2. Swipe Up on the SurveyStance App to Force Quit

STEP 3. Open SurveyStance App and login as normal
