This integration allows you to capture key information from the customer ticket and connect it with feedback responses received. This allows you to connect the feedback response back to the specific customer.


  • Step 1. Create Survey
  • Step 2. Edit Landing Page
    • Click 'Add Additional Survey Questions'
    • Enter the Freshdesk field to capture example: ticket.from_email
  • Step 3. Copy & Paste Survey into Freshdesk Email Template
    • Admin -> Email Notifications -> Requestor Notifications
